Manufacturing Infrastructure for Advanced Composites.
DANTA is developing a manufacturing environment focused on robotic AFP, controlled material handling, digital process planning and structured production workflows.
Our infrastructure strategy is designed around the relationship between equipment, tooling, material systems, manufacturing procedures and inspection requirements.
Robotic Material Placement.
The AFP manufacturing cell is intended to support controlled placement of composite material along programmed paths.
Its capability depends on the AFP head, robotic configuration, track and positioner arrangement, tooling and selected material system. Verified equipment specifications and representative components will be published once the installed configuration is commissioned.
Around the Cell.
Tooling and Workholding
Tooling must support the component geometry, placement strategy and manufacturing sequence. Tool design considers accessibility, stiffness, dimensional stability, thermal conditions where applicable and safe handling.
Material Handling and Storage
Controls follow the material supplier's requirements and the approved procedure, and may include temperature monitoring, shelf-life controls, out-time tracking and batch identification.
Downstream Processing
Some material systems require additional processing after placement. Our capability statements distinguish in-house equipment, qualified external processing and operations still planned.
Inspection and Testing
Inspection and testing are established according to the component's requirements and acceptance criteria. Where a test is performed externally, we say so.

Layout, Flow and Control.
A manufacturing facility should support safe material movement, clear process ownership, effective inspection and minimal unnecessary handling.
DANTA's infrastructure planning considers the separation of manufacturing activities, material storage, inspection areas and supporting operations. Facility arrangements and environmental controls are matched to actual process requirements and applicable safety regulations.
